What We Do

Child & Adult Psychotherapy

Dr Milner has many years of experience dealing with issues pertaining to child and adult psychotherapy. She specializes in seeing children, couples, and families.

Individual Psychotherapy

Dr. Milner helps individuals become ever increasingly aware of self so they accept and separate who they are from what others want them to be.

Child Psychotherapy

Dr. Catherine Milner (nick named by children she works with, “Dr. Cat”) finds working with children most meaningful. Her personalized therapeutic children’s books entitled “The Ten Puppy Tales,” or “Cat Secrets” – are individualized and designed to show children how to become the boss of themselves and give themselves the gift of self-soothing and social skills. Both these empowering skills are valuable lessons in emotional intelligence and prepare children to respond to the world in an ever increasingly healthy way.
